I had a good time leading KFC work on both the agency and Meta side.

KFC Mother’s Day Invitation Bot: We created a first-of-its kind Messenger experience in the voice of the Colonel. Its simple but important mission: Save Mother’s Day. This was during COVID and our experience allowed people to create personalized invitations to a virtual KFC meal with Mom, even linking out to easy ordering for delivery. Results: 4.3% CTR (+.2% from KFC branded benchmark), 41% Invite completion rate, Avg 2.9 minutes spent in bot experience!

KFC TV: Pot Pies, Go Cups, Boneless Original Recipe, Chocolate Cake. In a category without much loyalty, KFC was constantly challenged to innovate, staying relevant with LTOs and always focused on taste.
